I teach yoga style fitness classes that are low risk, high benefit, stability and strength building. They help you get through each day with less pain. 

Life can hurt, but a lot of our pain is self-created, and unnecessary. If you want to avoid it, or change it, you must move, logically, safely and often. It's good to be a little bit challenged, but we don't need punishing regimens, heavy weights, pounding hearts, or any other kind of self-harming practice. 
It shouldn't have to hurt to stop hurting.

This is a sample zoom class; focused on the mid back, which impacts you, even if your pain is lower or higher. Zoom quality picture and sound, but totally worth it for the way you'll feel after. Safe for beginners and people with neck, shoulder, back, and hip pain. Everyone needs this class. Enjoy.
