All my classes are safe for beginners, people recovering from injuries, aging people, and people who don't want to live in pain.
​The Yoga You Need is a high reward/low risk philosophy, with big benefits. However, all physical activity can be injurious, and you are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing when you practice. Pain is language - it means you are hurting yourself. So... don't.
