Upgrading the health value of your snacks is an easy way to have the good without the guilt.

​Today’s tasty snack is a triple powered super food treat for kids of all ages. I enjoy cinnamon, and its health benefits are incredible, but it’s pretty intense for every day. Turmeric is another major player on the healthy foods list, but its flavor isn’t for everyone. Blueberry is one of the best foods you can never get too much of, so why not cut the flavor, triple the benefits, and treat yourself to all 3 at once?
I make an even blend and pile it up on toast with a little sweetness from honey, brown or monk fruit sugar. It’s a magically delicious healthy treat, any time.

    There is no one perfect food plan for everyone, unfortunately.  We all need more water, more fresh vegetables, less packaged food. Beyond that? We aren't one size fits all, and figuring out your perfect food plan takes research, time and trial. But most of our diseases are caused by our food choices, and there are a lot of easy things you can do to add the things that really help, and take away the things that really hurt. These are the things that work for me.
